Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned for replacement or refund within 15 days of purchase.

After 15 days it is under manufacturer warranty if any exists. Manufacturer's warranties vary by product category. Some products are not returnable if opened. Sealed Retail Boxed items are not returnable when opened.  You may return to the manufacturer.

All software is provided subject to the license agreement that is part of the package. The customer agrees that it will be bound by the license agreement once the package is opened or its seal is broken.

All Licenses, Digital Goods, Services, or non Physical Goods Such as Service Contracts or Agreements are not returnable.

All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.  The customer pays for the shipping cost of any product returned.  All replacements are shipped ground unless paid by the customer for faster a method. Premium Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Manufacturer or OEM Sealed Boxed items are not returnable when opened. 
Licenses, Digital Goods, Services or non Physical Goods Such as Service Contracts or Agreements are not returnable.

New items must be in the original manufacturer's box with the original manufacturer's seal still in tack. If the seal is broken the RMA is VOID.

 All Credit Card processing fees are non-refundable. Refunds of payments made via Credit Card will be less the processing fee.

Physically damaged products are not returnable. Please notify the shipper immediately if you receive damaged merchandise.

If you received a damaged Package/Box, you must report it to Tech Trade Global (TTG) within 2 Business Days. If you fail to report within 2 Business days, TTG will not be responsible for the damage claims.

Defective/ DOA: If you received a defective/DOA item, a replacement will be shipped to you. For RMA claims of 'dead on arrival' product, a 50% RMA Fee will be issued if the product is found to be working.

Items returned in a condition other than how they were originally received, including used or damaged items, may be subject to rejection or a restocking fee of up to 50%. The final decision regarding eligibility and restocking fees will be at the sole discretion of Tech Trade Global.

Before you return a product, you must get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from TTG's RMA department. Products returned without an RMA number are not considered as returns. TTG must receive all incoming merchandise within 10 days otherwise RMA will be void.

Returns Procedures.  If Buyer wishes to return a product, Buyer shall request in writing and receive from Seller a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (“RMA”) within 30 calendar days from the date of the shipping date. In such written request, Buyer shall provide the specific reason for the return of each product by serial number requested to be returned. Seller may determine in its sole discretion whether to accept requests for a product return made more than 30 calendar days from the shipping date.  An RMA number is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date that the RMA has been approved and issued by Seller.  All returns shall be received by Seller from Buyer within 15 calendar days from the date that the RMA is issued by Seller.  Returned products received more than 15 calendar days from the date that the RMA was issued by Seller may not be accepted by Seller.  Products returned to Seller without an authorized RMA number may be accepted by Seller but no credit is required to be given to Buyer.  Until such time that the product is received and accepted by Seller pursuant to an authorized RMA, Buyer shall owe to and pay to Seller the full amount due for the product plus any and all accrued interest from the date of the Invoice. For all RMA requests or product returns, a restocking fee of 25% may be charged to Buyer as determined in the sole discretion of Seller.
